So knowing how to cook tasty and nutritional food is a necessary part of your life.  We choose different foods for each season.  There are 5 seasons according to the east.  Spring, Summer, Late Summer, Autumn and winter.  In summer we choose foods that grow above the ground and in the winter months we choose foods that grow below.
