Eilyen is an Integrated Health Practitioner and Coach and her work consists of teaching and healing. She believes that our wellbeing lies in the harmony of the relationship we have with ourselves and how we conduct our lives in the awareness of our health and wellbeing on all levels thus encompassing the spiritual and earthly needs with nature.
She has worked at the Hale Clinic for 12 years and evolved since then as a coach, trainer, healer, and writer in search of life's resources at the deeper level.
Her education profile consists mainly of complementary therapies spanning from aromatherapy massage, essential oil prescriptive blends, shiatsu (finger pressure), NLP (neurolistic language programming, creatve and analytical therapies, exercise and movement, meditation, breathing, food medicine, 5 element theory, macrobiotics, remedial therapy for the subtle energies and the relationship of the subtle energies and chakra centres to the mind and body’s wellbeing.
She encourages health practitioners to join her in expanding health and wellbeing on all these levels within the practice.
She also teaches the business aspects of therapy called U-Link Business to assist the self employed and small business practices in their marketing skills.Eilyen has been a Council member acting as PR with the 'The International Federation of Aromatherapists' which is actively involved in bringing awareness to the public for their Well Being and to develop aromatherapy in its true sense.

Andrea is interested in the "whole person" which begins with the inner being. Her philosophy is "You are what you eat". Food and the goodness of eating healthily is simply a good place to start. What you put in or on your body has a major effect on how you feel, which in turn effects how you live your life. Andrea has been interested in Well-being, since her teens, this being at the forefront of everything she does.
Believing in the "natural" way is complementary to her thinking which is why she became interested in Aromatherapy, the power of plant extracts, the application by massage and how they can heal. She completed courses in Aromatherapy Massage in 1996 and 2009.
Andrea furthered her knowledge by completing studies in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Stone Therapy and Beauty Therapy. The latter primarily because it is a necessity to most of us how our outward appearence is to enable us to feel better. However, people have become interested in the more holistic approach and how natural therapies can treat so many of our ailments also creating an awareness in all areas such as diet, exercise and relaxation. By giving ourselves time, if only a small amount, we can create a state of equilibrium, in our mind and body.
The treatments encourage people to find their inner balance.
Andrea feels a sense of achievement in her work when a client feels lighter in mind and body with their stresses having been lifted.
Allied to healing Eilyen runs Jemm Jewelery. The jewellery pieces are custom made with silver and gold trimmings. Each crystal has its own energy quality and its own luminous effects on the skin and energy of the wearerThe stones range from Crystal quartz, aquamarine, turquoise, carnelian, fluorite, obsidian, rose quartz, unakite, amazonite, aventurine and many others.
BackgroundEilyen was compelled towards healing since her experience of back pain which stemmed from childhood. At the age of 17 the hospital told her she could never dance, bend over and would have to wear a corset all her life. She underwent a milogram test, and knew there had to be another way to heal the pain. A friend told her about complementary treatments. After her first treatment with a naturopath, she transformed into a professional dancer and taught dance and movement for many years. She met some profound healers along the way which included teachings from a Japanese Buddhist master. This is what inspired her to move into the healing profession.
Eilyen taught movement and jazz dance at the National Theatre and Dance Centre, Covent Garden and this was the highlight in her life. She also ran a Stretch and Movement Therapy Course with 7 other lecturers specifically in Rolfing and Structural Integration as their knowledge in anatomy and physiology is most profound. Nutritionists, Psychology in Emotional Mind. She trained with Micheline Arcier as an aromatherapist and added skills in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Language Programming), Thermal Stone Therapy and has been the founder of paraben free skin care products gaining a 9/9 in the Evening Standard. The formulation of these products was under the name of Emotional Fragrance skin care range chosen to enhance the mood and were presented in jewel coloured bottles.
Eilyen also studied Herbal Medicine at Middlesex University for one year when she experienced an accident and had to stop the course. The rehabilitation process was helped with acupuncture, aromatherapy, rolfing and meditation.
Eilyen wishes to assist those who wish to find balance, harmony and inner peace.
