The aromatherapy treatment commences with an in depth consultation followed by an integrated full body massage combined with pressure points and an individually prescribed blend of essential oils tailored to suit your needs.
(These products are natural and organic oils).
The effects are to harmonise the body's energy system gently removing any tight muscles and fascia whilst the mind absorbs the soothing aroma blends. Meditation is often included.
