Welcome to the Center of Unified Healing

​ I’d love to share the story of how this journey began.

​

As a little girl, I was no stranger to pain. My back ached constantly, robbing me of sleep and energy. Nights were restless, and mornings felt like battles I wasn’t equipped to fight. 

​

At 17, I was diagnosed in hospital and told by doctors that I could no longer pursue my greatest passion—dance—or even take a desk job. Dance was my soul’s expression, my joy. Hearing those words, my heart crumbled. But I refused to let it define my future. Instead, I set out on a path that would change my life forever.

​

That journey led me deep into the world of healing and self-discovery. I immersed myself in learning everything I could about the body’s alignment, energy fields, chakras, meridians, and more. I explored ancient practices like Feldenkrais, osteopathy, rolfing, past life regression, and re-birthing—each one a stepping stone toward understanding the beautiful connection between mind, body, and soul.

Within just two years, I became a dance and movement therapy teacher and performer. I expanded my healing toolbox with skills in aromatherapy, shiatsu pressure points, 5 element theory, meridian therapy, counseling, and past life regression. Each experience brought me closer to my true calling—to be a healer.

​

And now, that calling has evolved into teachings and healing under the umbrella of Center of Unified Healing—a sanctuary where I combine all these powerful modalities to help others heal, grow, and realise their deepest dreams.

​

Through my YouTube channel, @centerofunifiedhealing, I share calming meditations, reflections and teachings.  My podcasts are also available on Spotify and Insight Timer where I explore heart coherence, healing, personal growth and spiritual wisdom. 

​

I enjoy assisting those who wish to live in their True Selves release the burdens of the past, and embrace the present moment with confidence and joy.
